Official Event Regulations

Rule Book & General Guidelines

To ensure fair play, safety, and smooth competition, all participating Pre-University and Diploma students must adhere to the official guidelines established by the organizing committee.

Compulsory ID Requirement: Valid PUC/Diploma Student ID Card or an official approval letter signed by the Head of the Institution is mandatory.
Registration Cap: Sports events (30 Yards Cricket & Volleyball) are capped at the first 16 registered teams.
Judges & Officials: The decision of the judges and event coordinators is final and binding across all technical, cultural, and sports rounds.
Code of Conduct: Ethical behavior, discipline, and respect towards organizers and fellow participants are strictly enforced.

Grand Inauguration Ceremony

Formal lighting of the lamp, dignitary keynote address, trophy unveiling, and event briefing.

Technical Judgings & Sports Knockouts

Science Model judging, Tech Quiz screening, Cricket 30-Yards, and Volleyball preliminary sets.

Envision Juniors 2026 is exclusively open to regular Pre-University (PUC 1st & 2nd year) and Diploma students from recognized colleges. A valid student ID card or an official approval letter from the Head of the Institution is mandatory for reporting.
Yes, students may participate in multiple events provided there are no direct schedule overlaps between the chosen competitions (e.g. Science Model in the morning and Stage Dance in the afternoon).
For 30 Yards Cricket: 8 playing + 2 substitutes. For Volleyball: 6 playing + 2 substitutes. For Football 7s: 7 playing + 3 substitutes. For Throwball: 7 playing + 2 substitutes. Sports entries are capped at the first 16 registered teams.
For Pencil Sketching: Drawing paper is provided by the organizers; participants must bring their own sketching pencils and erasers. For Science Working Model: Power outlets and table space are provided; teams must bring their own physical prototype, model components, and hardbound project report.
All background music tracks must be submitted in MP3 or MP4 format on a USB pen drive to the technical team at the reporting desk before 09:30 AM on event morning.
Yes, official Srinivas Institute of Technology certificates of participation will be issued to all registered participants, while winners receive trophies, cash rewards, and merit certificates.
